摘  要:为优化插电式混合动力汽车中油箱立柱结构,运用具有拓扑优化功能的Tosca软件,以立柱设计区域的单元密度为设计变量,立柱体积为约束条件,最小化应变能,即立柱刚度最大为优化目标,分别用拉伸载荷、弯曲载荷和混合两种载荷,优化了立柱结构。结果表明:立柱的质量由0.75 kg降低到0.32 kg,减小了57.3%;优化前后,油箱变形云图和最大位置基本一致,优化结果为立柱设计提供了参考。To optimize fuel tank standoff structure of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle.Based on the topological optimization software Tosca,design variable was the unit density of standoff design area,constraint condition was the volume of standoff,using maximize global stiffness(minimize strain energy)as the goal,tensile load,bending load and mixed load were used respectively to optimize the standoff structure.The result shows that the weight of the standoff decreased from 0.75 kg to 0.32 kg,which decreased by 57.3%,before and after optimization,the cloud of tank deformation and the maximum position is basically consistent with each other.The optimization results provide reference for standoff design and have theoretical significance.
