摘  要:随着安全检查设备穿透力指标的提升,大通道的货运安检设备逐步采用大功率的X射线源,射线源温升增大。同时,由于大功率X射线源的控制器件复杂、射线防护要求高,其机柜内部的元器件密度更高。如果机柜内部结构排布不利于X射线源的散热,则会导致较高的故障率。本文从热设计角度出发,结合某型号大功率X射线源的机柜设计,通过热仿真,分析内部空间的温度分布和空气流动状态,对内部元器件进行合理布局。With the improvement of penetration index of safety inspection equipment,high-power X-ray source is gradually used in freight security inspection equipment of large channel,and the temperature rise of ray source increases.At the same time,due to the complexity of high-power X-ray source controller and high requirements for radiation protection,the density of components inside the cabinet is higher.If the layout of the internal structure of the cabinet is not conducive to the heat dissipation of the X-ray source,it will lead to a higher failure rate.In this paper,from the perspective of thermal design,combined with the cabinet design of a high-power X-ray source,the temperature distribution and air flow state of internal space are analyzed through thermal simulation,and the layout of internal components is reasonably designed.
