摘　　要：通过对电子设备中各组成单元进行故障模式及影响分析、可靠性试验的方法来发现产品缺陷,从而确定纠正措施以提高设备的可靠性。简要介绍故障模式及影响分析实施步骤及实施要点与可靠性试验时机、试验方法等。列举某国产电子设备的故障模式及影响分析和试验实施结果及相应的改进措施。In electronic set each composition unit reliability test failure mode and effect analysis method to find the product defects,so as to determine the corrective measures to improve the reliability of equipment are briefly introduced failure mode and effect analysis of the implementation steps and implementation of key points and methods of reliability test time to test a domestic listed electronic equipment failure mode and effect analysis and test results and the corresponding improvement measures.
