摘　　要：采用低C、低Mn,Cr-Ni-Mo-Nb合金体系,研制了一种高钢级X70MS抗酸管用埋弧焊丝。采用该焊丝埋弧焊所得熔覆金属的抗拉强度为605 MPa,-20℃冲击吸收能量大于65 J,焊缝金属中扩散氢含量平均仅1.36 mL/100 g。该焊丝与SJ101G2焊剂匹配进行X70MS抗酸埋弧焊管的现场试制,结果显示:焊缝外观和工艺性能良好,力学性能优良,抗拉强度高于580 MPa,焊接接头硬度低于240 HV10,0℃冲击吸收能量为214 J。经过氢致开裂试验,焊接接头CSR、CLR、CTR均为0,在90%SMYS应力载荷下进行SSCC测试,焊管管母和焊接接头均未断裂,管材表现出良好的力学性能和抗酸性,采用新开发的抗酸焊丝完全满足X70MS抗酸埋弧焊管性能要求。A welding wire for submerged-arc welding suitable for high-grade X70MS acid-resistant pipe was developed by using low carbon,low manganese,Cr-Ni-Mo-Nb alloy system.The tensile strength of the weld metal deposited by submerged-arc welding with the test welding wire was 605 MPa,the impact absorption energy at-20℃was more than 65 J,and the average content of diffusible hydrogen in the weld metal was 1.36 mL/100 g.The field trial production of X70MS acid-resistant submerged arc welded pipe was carried out by matching the test welding wire to SJ101G2 welding flux.The results showed that the weld appearance,processing performance and mechanical properties of the weld all were good,the tensile strength of the welded joint was higher than 580 MPa,the hardness was less than 240 HV10,and the impact absorption energy at-20℃was 214 J.According to the HIC test,the cracking sensitivity rate(CSR),crack length ratio(CLR)and crack thickness ratio(CTR)of the weld were all zero;after SSCC test under 90%SMYS loading,the parent and welded joints did not break,the pipe showed good mechanical properties and excellent acid resistance.The newly developed acid-resistant welding wire fully met the performance requirements of X70MS acid-resistant submerged arc welded pipe.
