摘 要:电镀工艺对镀铬钢板的性能具有决定性影响。通过电化学试验、热振试验、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)以及扫描电镜(SEM)等,研究了电流密度对镀铬低碳钢板耐蚀性、镀铬层组成及其与有机膜结合力的影响。结果表明:电流密度过大将加剧铬及其氧化物和氢氧化物在基板的沉积,镀铬板的耐蚀性能较差。以5 A/dm2的电流密度镀铬的低碳钢板的耐蚀性最好,涂覆有机膜后,能承受92次热振,表明镀铬的钢板与有机膜的结合良好。Electroplating process has a decisive influence on performances of chromium-plated steel plate.The effect of current densities on the corrosion resistance of chromium-plated low-carbon steel plate,the component of chromium plating and the adhesion of chromium plating to organic film was investigated by means of electrochemical test,thermal vibration test,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results demonstrated that excessive current density would aggravate the deposition of chromium and chromium oxide and chromium hydroxide on the substrate,and the chromium-plated plate exhibited poor corrosion resistance.The low-carbon steel plate plated with chromium at current density of 5 A/dm2 given the best corrosion resistance,and could undergo thermal vibration 92 times after being coated with organic film,showing satisfactory adhesion of the organic film to the chromium-plated steel plate on which it was applied.
