摘 要:利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究了GH984镍基高温合金时效过程中析出的第二相的形貌。结果表明:晶界附近析出的针状η相与基体具有以下取向关系:{111}γ∥{0001}η,[011]γ∥[21-1-0]η。弥散分布的球状γ′相为L12立方结构,与基体具有以下取向关系:{100}γ∥{100}γ′,[011]γ∥[011]γ′。除了弥散分布外,γ′相在η相尖端还呈直线分布。根据试验结果,可以认为γ′相在共格孪晶界上析出是其呈直线排列的主要原因。Morphology of secondary phase precipitated in the GH984 nickel-base superalloy during aging treatment was investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD).The results showed that the needle-likeηphase precipitated near the grain boundary bore such orientation relationship withγmatrix as{111}γ∥{0001}η,[011]γ∥[21-1-0]η.The dispersively distributed sphericalγ′phase was a L12 structure,which bore such orientation relationship with the matrix as{100}γ∥{100}γ′,[011]γ∥[011]γ′.Besides disperse distribution,theγ′phase near the tip ofηphase also presented linear distribution.Based on the experimental results,it can be believed thatγ′phase precipitating at the coherent twin boundary resulted in its linear arrangement.
