摘  要:对CB2耐热钢的抗氧化性能进行了研究。测试了CB2钢在目标工作温度620℃保温至100 h的氧化增重。分别对经氧化处理不同时间的试样进行显微组织观察与硬度测试。结果表明:CB2钢为抗氧化钢,氧化不同时间的试样组织无明显变化,均为回火马氏体,硬度为220~240 HV0.3。CB2钢显示出了优异的高温抗氧化性能和组织稳定性。Oxidation resistance of CB2 heat resistant steel was investigated.The oxidative weight gain of CB2 steel during heating at the target working tempearature of 620℃for up to 100 h was measured.Subsequently,the microstructure and microhardness of the samples oxidized for different times were tested.The results showed that the CB2 steel was rated as an anti-oxidation steel,and there was no visible change in the microstructure of the samples after being oxidized for different times,the main microstructure was tempered martensite.In addition,microhardness of the samples oxidized for different times all ranged from 220 to 240 HV0.3.The CB2 steel possessed excellent oxidation resistance and structural stability at high temperatures.
