摘  要:研究了脉冲磁致振荡(pulse magneto-oscillation,PMO)技术在ZTM-S2合金工具钢连铸坯生产中的应用效果。研究表明:经过PMO处理后,ZTM-S2工具钢连铸坯的等轴晶面积分数从原来的22.3%增加到了34.8%,提高了56.1%;其中心碳偏析指数从原来的1.21下降至1.13,降低了6.6%。经过PMO处理后,连铸坯的中心缩孔和元素偏析均有所改善,内在质量明显提高。Effect of application of pulse magneto-oscillation(PMO)technology to the production of ZTM-S2 alloy tool steel continuously cast billet was studied.The research showed that the area fraction of equiaxed grains in the continuously cast billet of ZTM-S2 tool steel increased from 22.3%to 34.8%,producing an increase of 56.1%after PMO treatment,and its central carbon segregation index decreased from 1.21 to 1.13,reducing by 6.6%.After PMO treatment,the central shrinkage and segregation of elements in the continuously cast billet were improved,thus significantly improving its internal quality.
