摘　　要：随着我国钢铁工业进入高质量发展的新阶段,开发拥有自主知识产权的高品质钢铁产品对钢铁企业升级转型走向国际市场具有重要作用。火焰清理就是利用气体火焰清除钢坯表面的氧化皮和裂纹、点蚀、凹陷、夹杂及气泡等缺陷,提升高附加值钢材的表面质量。然而,火焰清理机的核心技术长期被美日韩等国垄断,早期完全依赖进口。简略介绍了火焰清理的基本原理和钢坯火焰清理机的主要类型;从钢坯火焰清理机的能源介质调控、烧嘴结构设计和智能化控制等方面概述了我国火焰清理技术的现状;回顾了我国钢坯火焰清理机从依赖进口到国产化和进一步“智能化”的发展历程。As iron and steel industry enters a new stage of high-quality development in China,the development of high-quality steel products with independent intellectual property plays an important role in the upgrading and transformation of steel companies to the international market.Flame cleaning is substantially to remove defects such as scale,crack,pitting corrosion,gab,inclusion,and bubble from billet surface by use of a gas flame,thus improving the surface quality of high value-added steel products.However,the core technology for scarfer has been monopolized by the United States,Japan and South Korea for a long time,so the scarfer was completely dependent on imports in the early stage.The fundamental principle of flame cleaning and the main types of scarfer used for billet were briefly introduced.The present condition of flame cleaning technology was outlined in terms of energy medium control,burner structure design and intelligent control of scarfer for billet.The development process of scarfer from dependence on import to domestication and further to intellectualization was reviewed.
