“吊松牵拉”手法联合悬吊训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察“吊松牵拉”手法联合悬吊训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将78例患者随机分为治疗组38例和对照组40例,治疗组予以悬吊训练联合“吊松牵拉”手法、低周波、蜡疗;对照组予以悬吊训练、低周波及蜡疗,1次/d,10次为一疗程。对两组患者治疗前后的VAS评分和JOA评分进行比较。结果两组患者治疗第5天和治疗结束后第1、30天,VAS、JOA评分均有显著改善(P<0.05)。且治疗第5天,治疗组VAS评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),JOA评分较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);两组其余时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论“吊松牵拉”手法联合悬吊训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好,且能较快的缓解患者的疼痛及功能障碍程度。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of"DiaoSongQianLa"method combined with suspension training for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 78 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(38:40).The treatment group was given the method of“DiaoSongQianLa”(suspension training+DiaoSongQianLa),low frequency electrotherapy and wax therapy,the control group was given suspension training,low frequency electrotherapy and wax therapy,treatment once a day for 10 times.The VAS score and JOA score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Vas and JOA scores were significantly improved in both groups on the 5th day and the 1st and 30th days after treatment(P<0.05).On the fifth day of the treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the JOA score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in the rest of the time(P>0.05).Conclusion"DiaoSongQianLa"combined with suspension training is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and it can quickly relieve the pain and dysfunction of patients.
