摘  要:在市场环境下,变电站选址规划建设方案的经济性越来越重要.针对变电站选址定容规划的经济性与供电可靠性的综合考量问题,该文提出了基于设备全寿命周期成本的变电站选址定容新模型.在模型中同时考虑了变电站规划方建设的一次性投资成本、系统的运行及维护成本、故障成本和废弃成本,其中故障成本模型反映了电网公司经济损失与全社会经济损失的综合影响,采用设备故障率曲线来精确描述设备随时间发生故障的概率.同时,该文还提出了一种运用参数方差调节的萤火虫优化算法对上述模型进行求解,该算法通过区分萤火虫种群的搜索阶段来提高寻优速度和全局寻优能力.在典型规划算例中,通过与等年值法的比较分析,验证了上述模型和方法的正确性和有效性.In the market environment,the economics of substation site selection planning and construction programs are becoming more and more important.Aiming at the comprehensive consideration of economy and power supply reliability of substation site selection and capacity planning,this paper proposes a new model of substation site selection and capacity based on equipment life cycle cost.In the model,the one-time investment cost of the substation planner construction,system operation and maintenance cost,failure cost and abandonment cost are also considered.The failure cost model reflects the comprehensive impact of the economic loss of the grid company and the economic loss of the whole society,and adopts equipment failure rate curve to accurately describe the probability of equipment failure over time.At the same time,this paper proposes a firefly optimization algorithm using parameter variance adjustment to solve the above model.This algorithm improves the optimization speed and global optimization ability by distinguishing the search stage of the firefly population.In a typical planning example,the comparison and analysis with the equal-year value method verify the correctness and effectiveness of the above models and methods.
