摘　　要：供应链整合战略可以规避环境不确定性带来的风险,有效地提高生产企业的绩效水平.作为主要参与者,优秀的供应商对供应链整合具有显著的推动作用.以整合战略为导向选择合适的供应伙伴,可以帮助生产企业提升整合效率与整合程度.该文基于文献综述与专家访问,系统分析供应商对供应链整合的影响维度与供应商选择特点,并建立了供应商选择指标体系.针对定性标准带来的模糊性与主观性误差,构建了一个结合非补偿性规则、线性规划与Mamdani FIS的两阶段决策模型.最后引入算例对模型有效性进行了论证,并检验了结果的稳定性.该文总结了供应商对供应链整合的影响因素,分析了整合战略导向下的供应商选择特点,建立了一套系统的供应商选择方法,为供应链整合战略期的企业实践提供指导.Supply chain integration(SCI)strategy can effectively avoid the uncertainty risk and improve manufacturers’performance.As the main participants,excellent suppliers play a significant role in promoting SCI.How to choose the right supply partner from the SCI perspective is an important problem to be solved.Based on the previous achievements and expert visits,this paper first systematically analyzes the influencing factors of supplier on the integration process,summarized it into three dimensions:integration value,integration ability and integration willingness.Then establishes the supplier selection standard system based on SCI view,and gives an operable supplier selection method.The core of this method is a two-stage supplier selection model combined with linear programming and Mamdani fuzzy inference system(FIS).Finally,an example is given to simulate the selection,and test the model stability.This paper systematically summarizes the three dimensions of the supplier impact on the SCI strategy,enriches the SCI theories;provides a set of scientific supplier selection methods for manufacturing enterprises which undergoing the SCI process.
