摘　　要：重庆市地处长江上游和三峡库区腹心地带,作为长江上游地区的经济中心,必须遵循长江经济带“生态优先、绿色发展”的发展理念,加快转变经济发展方式,努力推进生态产业发展。文章首先从政策、资源、产业基础等分析重庆市推进生态产业发展的优势,然后从产业发展模式、产业人才、创新体系等方面进行剖析,最后针对短板问题提出相应对策建议。Chongqing is located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the hinterland of the Three Gorges Reservoir area.As the economic center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,Chongqing must follow the development strategy of“ecological priority and green development”of the Yangtze River economic belt,accelerate the transformation of economic development mode and strive to promote the development of ecological industry.Firstly,the advantages of Chongqing in promoting the development of ecological industry were analyzed from the aspects of policy,resources and industrial foundation,and its disadvantages were analyzed from the aspects of industrial development mode,industrial talents and innovation system,and finally corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were putforward for the problems.
