归脾汤联合美托洛尔治疗心脾两虚型老年心悸患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察归脾汤联合美托洛尔治疗心脾两虚型老年心悸患者的效果。方法:选取100例心脾两虚型老年心悸患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组采取美托洛尔治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合归脾汤治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后中医证候积分及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),明显高于对照组的78.00%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组纳呆食少、头晕目眩、神疲乏力、少寐多梦、心悸气短积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:归脾汤联合美托洛尔治疗心脾两虚型老年心悸患者效果较好,能有效改善患者的临床症状,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To observe effects of Guipi decoction combined with Metoprolol on elderly patients with palpitations of type of deficiency of heart and spleen.Methods:100 patients with palpitation of type of deficiency of heart and spleen were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to a random number table,50 cases in each.The control group was treated with Metoprolol,while the study group was treated with Guipi decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.00%(48/50),which was significantly higher than the control group of 78.00%(39/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of symptoms of less appetite,dizziness,fatigue,insomnia and dreaminess,palpitations,and shortness of breath in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Guipi decoction combined with Metoprolol is effective in the treatment of the elderly patients with palpitation of type of deficiency of heart and spleen,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms without increasing the adverse reactions.
