全自动多尺寸玻璃上下料机的结构设计与研究

摘　　要：针对玻璃上下料过程中,存在破损率高、上下料时间长、自动化程度低、适应性差等问题,设计了一款可用于不同尺寸、多规格的玻璃上下料机。该上下料机主要由机座、横向平台、垂直平台、气动抓取机械手、传输装置、气动装置、PLC控制系统组成,通过PLC控制系统实现整机的机械部件和电气部件的全自动化运动,实现玻璃的精确抓取和快速传输。实际应用表明:该上下料机实现了多尺寸规格玻璃的全自动给料,实现了一机多用,上片速度达15-20片每分钟,成品率高达99%以上,玻璃抓取规格尺寸0.8-2.5m,提升了玻璃的加工质量及效率。Aiming at the problems of high breakage rate,long loading and unloading time,low automation and poor adaptability in the process of glass loading and unloading,a glass loading and unloading machine with different sizes and specifications was designed.The loading and unloading machine is composed of main frame,horizontal platform,vertical platform,pneumatic gripping manipulator,transmission device,pneumatic device,and PLC control system.The PLC control system realizes the fully automatic movement of the mechanical and electrical components of the whole machine to realize the precise capture and fast transmission of glass.The practical application shows that the loading and unloading machine realizes the automatic feeding of multi-size glass,realizes the multi-purpose of one machine,the sheet speed is up to 15-20 pieces per minute,the yield rate is more than 99%,and the glass grasping specification size is 0.8-2.5m,thus improving the processing quality and efficiency of glass.
