基于PROFINET工业以太网总线标准的配料搅拌装置控制系统设计

摘　　要：文章主要介绍利用西门子TIA博图V13软件平台,采用西门子PROFINET工业以太网对配料搅拌装置控制系统进行设计,配料搅拌装置主要由西门子1516F PLC、G120变频器、TP700人机界面组成。在整个系统设计中PLC为主控单元,G120变频器控制电机的转速,人机界面(HMI)设计监控与操作部分。试验结果表明该配料搅拌装置系统能可靠、高效地完成物料搅拌,能通过人机界面实现对物料搅拌的实时监测和控制。This paper mainly introduces the design of the batching and mixing device control system by using Siemens TIA Portal V13 software platform and adopting Siemens PROFINET industrial Ethernet.The batching and mixing device is mainly composed of Siemens 1516F PLC,G120 inverter and TP700 man-machine interface.In the entire system design,PLC is the main control unit,G120 frequency converter controls the speed of the motor,and the human-machine interface(HMI)is designed for monitoring and operation.The test results show that the batching and mixing device system can complete material mixing reliably and efficiently,and can realize real-time monitoring and control of material mixing through the human-machine interface.
