摘  要:目的分析部分换血疗法联合蛋白琥珀酸铁治疗早期重度贫血新生儿的疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月驻马店市中医院收治的新生儿重度贫血患儿115例,将其按照随机数表法的原则分为实验组(58例)与对照组(57例)。两组均接受常规治疗,对照组单独给予蛋白琥珀酸铁治疗,实验组在此基础上联合部分换血疗法对症治疗。比较分析两组临床疗效及治疗前后各项营养指标改善情况与安全性。结果实验组治疗总有效率为94.83%,对照组为80.70%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Hb、SF、MCA、MCH均较治疗前升高,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿均未出现严重不良反应。结论对新生儿重度贫血患儿应用部分换血疗法联合蛋白琥珀酸铁治疗效果显著,可有效提高患儿营养指标水平,且安全有效,值得借鉴。【Objective】To analyze the curative effect of partial exchange therapy combined with iron protein succinylate in the treatment of neonates with early severe anemia.【Methods】From March 2018 to March 2019,115 neonates with severe anemia were selected and divided into experimental group(58 cases)and control group(57 cases)according to the principle of random number table.Both groups received routine treatment,the control group was treated with iron protein succinylate alone,and the experimental group was treated with partial exchange therapy.Clinical efficacy,nutritional indicators and safety were compared between the two groups.【Results】The total effective rate was 94.83%in the experimental group and 80.70%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Hb,SF,MCA,MCH in the two groups were increased,which were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).There were no severe adverse reactions in both groups.【Conclusion】Partial exchange therapy combined with iron protein succinylate is effective in the treatment of neonatal severe anemia,which can effectively improve the level of nutritional indicators,and is safe and effective.
