摘　　要：文中阐述了一家物流公司在其进出口报关业务方面坚持合规之下的"专精特新",通过追求服务的"专业化、精细化、特色化、新颖化",发挥自身优势与特点,采取一系列管理实践,为客户提供专业化服务,注重管理体系,精益求精,发展自身特色,坚持服务创新,求生存,求立足,求发展,为成长中的物流企业或报关公司提供一些案例和有益的经验与参考。This paper presents that in the process of carrying out the construction of“specialized and innovative”small and medium-sized enterprises,a logistics company adopts a series of management practices to provide customers with professional services,pay attention to the management system,strive for excellence,develop its own business characteristics,persist in service innovation,and gradually become a medium-sized modern logistics company,in order to provide cases and some useful reference for the rapid development of logistics enterprises or customs declaration companies in the new or growing period.
