西部欠发达地区经济发展协调评价与提升路径研究——以贵州省为例

摘　　要：在经济新常态背景下,西部欠发达地区经济发展必须坚持质量第一、效率优先。文中采用耦合分析方法,对西部欠发达典型地区贵州省经济数量与质量的发展协调水平进行测度。结果显示,贵州省经济发展耦合协调水平总体上呈现出逐年提高的态势,但各市州经济发展耦合协调水平表现出较大的差异性。在此基础上,文中提出深化经济结构调整,释放经济发展新动能;加快推动城市化进程,促进城乡融合发展;提高居民综合素质,重视人力资本积累三条路径建议,为贵州省以及西部欠发达地区经济发展走特色化、可持续和创新驱动之路提供参考。Under the background of the new economic state,the economic development of the western underdeveloped areas must adhere to quality first and efficiency first.This paper uses the coupled analysis method to measure the coupling and coordination level of economic quantity and quality in Guizhou s underdeveloped typical regions.The results show that the level of coupling and coordination of economic development in Guizhou Province has generally increased year by year,but the coupling and coordination level of economic development in various cities and states shows great differences.Based on this,the paper puts forward three ways to deepen the adjustment of economic structure,release the new kinetic energy of economic developments;Speed up the process of urbanization and promote the integration of urban and rural areas;Improve the comprehensive quality of residents and attach importance to the accumulation of human capital,so as to provide a reference for the economic development of Guizhou Province and the underdeveloped areas in the west a road to specialization,sustainability and innovation.
