摘　　要：近年来,农产品质量安全问题层出不穷,农产品质量可追溯体系可以使农产品从农田到餐桌这一完整流通过程达到全程监控的目的,确保食品安全,更有助于问题产品的溯源和召回。本文论述了发达国家和国内农产品质量可追溯机制的运行模式及发展状况,提出要借鉴发达国家农产品质量可追溯机制的优势,结合国内现状,建立和完善适合我国国情的农产品质量可追溯体系。In recent years,agricultural product quality and safety issues have emerged one after another.The agricultural product quality traceability system can enable the complete circulation process of agricultural products from farmland to table to achieve the purpose of full monitoring,ensure food safety,and help the traceability and recall of problem products.This paper discussed the operation mode and development status of agricultural product quality traceability mechanisms in developed countries and domestic products,learned the advantages of agricultural product quality traceability mechanisms in developed countries,promoted and used them in combination with the domestic status quo,and established and perfected my country’s agricultural product quality traceability system.
