摘  要:某深海多金属硫化物中锌、铜、金、银的品位分别为20.44%、0.41%、6.89g/t和141g/t,有价元素含量高,综合利用价值大。通过矿物组成、重要矿物的嵌布特征、嵌布粒度及磨矿产品中解离特征的研究,对影响选冶回收的矿物学因素进行了系统的分析。研究表明:闪锌矿是含量最多的矿物,具有含铁量变化较大、铁含量普遍较低、嵌布粒度不均、与自然硫和黄铁矿密切共生的特点,通过选矿可以获得高品质的锌精矿。自然硫的粒度细、与闪锌矿和黄铁矿共生紧密,但其浮游性能好,对铜、锌的选别影响较大,可以考虑优先浮选自然硫,以减少其对后续分选的影响。金、银矿物主要为自然金、银金矿和辉银矿,嵌布粒度细,基本都在0.005mm以下,与黄铁矿、闪锌矿的共生关系密切,由于闪锌矿和黄铁矿含量高,难以直接通过浮选的方式获得高品位的金、银精矿。There is a deep-sea polymetallic sulfide ore which has high contents of valuable elements and great comprehensive utilization value.The grades of Zn,Cu,Au and Ag are 20.44%,0.41%,6.89g/t and 141 g/t respectively.This research finds out the mineral composition of ore,the embedding characteristics of important minerals,the grain size and the liberation characteristics of grinding products.In addition,the research systematically analyzes the mineralogical factors affecting beneficiation-metallurgy.The most abundant mineral is sphalerite,which contains variable but relatively lower Fe content.In addition,the grain size of sphalerite is uneven and sphalerite has close dissemination relationship with sulfur and pyrite.Therefore,high quality zinc concentrate can be obtained by flotation.Sulfur has adverse influence on the separation of Cu and Zn due to its fine grain size and close dissemination relationship with sphalerite and pyrite and good flotation performance.Therefore,priority should be given to the flotation of sulfur to reduce its influence on subsequent separation.The gold and silver minerals are mainly native gold,electrum and argentite,with fine grain size of less than 0.005mm and close dissemination relationships with pyrite and sphalerite.Due to the high content of sphalerite and pyrite,it is difficult to directly obtain high grade gold and silver concentrates by flotation。
