摘  要:安徽某铁尾矿的钴含量约为0.012%,尚没有得到有效回收,造成钴资源的浪费。为考察采用选矿方法回收细粒钴资源的可行性,进行了直接浮选和脱泥-浮选两种工艺的对比试验。结果表明,该铁尾矿细泥含量较高,采用脱泥浮选工艺具有流程简单、药剂耗量少的优势。细粒尾矿经过旋流器脱泥后,采用CMC为调整剂、MIBC为起泡剂、丁基黄药为捕收剂,通过一粗二精一扫的选矿工艺,可以获得钴品位为0.47%、钴回收率为54.41%的钴精矿。The cobalt content of iron ore tailings in Anhui is about 0.012%,which has not been effectively recovered,resulting in a waste of cobalt resources.In order to investigate the feasibility of recovering fine cobalt resources by mineral processing,the comparative tests of direct flotation and desliming-flotation were carried out.The results show that the iron tailings have high fine slime content,and the desliming flotation process has the advantages of simple process and low reagent consumption.After the fine tailings were deslimed by hydrocyclone,a cobalt concentrate with cobalt grade of 0.47%and cobalt recovery of 54.41%was obtained by using CMC as regulator,MIBC as frother,butyl xanthate as collector and a beneficiation process of one roughing,two cleanings and one scavenging.
