摘 要:磨矿分级在选矿工艺中处于十分关键的地位,其效率高低直接影响到选矿厂最终的经济和技术指标,能否在磨矿分级过程中对各个数据进行精准控制,对于实际生产有很大的影响。但磨矿分级过程存在扰动大、非线性、时变性强等影响因素,采用传统的控制理论难以达到期望的效果。因此,通过分析磨矿分级过程中的影响因素,结合我国磨矿工序的生产指标以及矿产特点,引入智能控制策略,对磨矿分级作业进行优化控制,进一步提高磨矿分级在实际应用方面的生产效果。The grinding and classification plays a key role in mineral processing,and its efficiency directly affects the final economic and technical indicators of the concentrator.Whether the data can be accurately controlled in the grinding classification process has a great impact on the actual production.However,the grinding grading process has influential factors such as large disturbances,non-linearity and strong time variability.It is difficult to achieve the desired results using traditional control theory.Therefore,by analyzing the influence factors in the process of grinding and classification,combined with the production index of grinding and classification in our country and the characteristics of mineral,the intelligent control strategy is introduced to optimize the control of grinding and classification.It can further improve the production effect in practical application.
