摘  要:微细矿粒质量小、动能低,与气泡的碰撞概率低,难以和气泡发生矿化反应,制约了微细粒矿产资源的回收。精锐微泡浮选机利用矿浆的高速射流生成负压,被负压吸入的空气与射流矿浆剧烈搅拌形成微小气泡,同时水力空化作用产生纳米泡,大大提高了气泡与矿粒碰撞附着几率。工业应用数据表明,精锐微泡浮选机对微小气泡的矿化和细粒矿物的浮选有特殊的功效。Small mass,low kinetic energy and low collision probability of fine mineral particles make it difficult for their recovery during flotation.JRF micro-bubble flotation machine uses the high-speed jet of ore pulp to generate negative pressure,the air sucked by the negative pressure and the jet ore pulp are vigorously stirred to form micro-bubbles,and at the same time,the hydraulic cavitation generates nanobubbles,which greatly improves the probability of collision and attachment between bubbles and ore particles.Industrial data show that JRF micro-bubble flotation machine is highly efficient in mineralizing small bubbles and for recovering fine particles.
