摘　　要：新片区的未来发展应与国家战略实现更好的“同频共振”,在顺应“一带一路”“长三角一体化”等国家大战略前提下,在中国与国际关系重构当中挖掘自身独特优势,发现自身差异化发展空间,形成自身独有的发展之路;力求在国家产业短板方面寻求突破,解决“卡脖子”问题,并力争在新型国际贸易领域做“领头羊”和“破局者”。The future development of the new area should achieve a better“resonance”with the national strategy,in line with the“Belt and Road”,“Yangtze River Delta integration”and other national strategies,in the reconstruction of China's international relations to explore their unique advantages,to find their own differentiated development space,to form their own unique development path;strive to seek breakthroughs in the shortcomings of national industries,to solve the“neck”problem,and strive to be“leaders”and“breakers”in the field of new international trade.
