摘  要:通过改进焦化洗脱苯工艺流程及优化工艺操作参数,吨苯洗油消耗由70 kg降低至30 kg,同时提高了粗苯回收率。采用负压回收技术将洗脱苯工段区域各罐槽的顶部放散气体引入到初冷器前进入煤气系统,实现了VOCs的达标排放,提升了环保水平。The consumption of washing oil per ton of benzene recovery was reduced from 70 kg to 30 kg by improving the process of benzol stripping and optimizing operation parameters.Crude benzol recovery rate was also increased.With negative pressure collection technology,the gas vent from top of each tank in the benzol unit can be transferred to the gas system before the primary cooler.As a result,VOCs emission can be discharged as per environmental regulation,environment protection level was upgraded to a new high.
