摘  要:介绍了焦化工程中压缩空气站净化、干燥系统的3种主要形式:余热再生、微热再生及无热再生。分析比较焦化工程中不同压缩空气用户的要求,从产气量、耗电量、耗水量、自耗气量、投资、占地、运行成本等角度对3种净化、干燥方式进行了对比分析,为企业在建设中选择具体的净化、干燥方式提供参考。Introduction is made for three main types of purification and drying systems in air compressor station of coking industry,i.e.waste heat regeneration,micro-heat regeneration and heatless regeneration.Comparison is also made for the three purification and drying systems in aspects of compressed air yield,power consumption,water consumption,air consumption for the internal system,investment,land occupation and operating cost,etc.,which would be used as reference in final decision for selecting the system in project.
