摘　　要：在提升机提起焦罐将红焦倒入干熄槽的过程中,存在焦罐盖与焦罐密封处冒烟、焦罐罐体四周冒烟、装入装置溜槽与裙罩密封处冒烟、炉口实际压力值随装焦过程起伏导致粉尘外逸等环境问题。通过优化移动除尘管道密封装置、提高移动密封罩抗变形能力和改造溜槽顶部密封装置,有效治理了装入装置粉尘外逸问题,改善了周围环境。When lifting the coke bucket by crane and charging the red-hot coke into the CDQ chamber through charging device,escaping dust is found at the joint between the coke bucket lid and the CDQ chamber,around the coke bucket,and at the joint between the charging chute and the skirt of the charging device,which is caused by actual pressure fluctuation varying with coke charging at the CDQ chamber mouth.In this paper,through the optimization of the movable dedusting duct sealing device,the improvement of the deformation resistance of the movable hood and the innovation of the chute top sealing device,the dust escaping from the charging device can be effectively controlled,and the ambient environment can be improved.
