摘  要:针对现有盖章机的结构特点和工作方式,设计并实现了一种适合学校、政府机关等部门使用的新型自动盖章机。从连续逐张自动送纸、盖章与蘸印泥动作一体化、盖章压力自适应调整和盖章位置可调这4个方面完成了盖章机的结构设计并给出了其工作过程,并提出了基于PLC的盖章机自动化控制方案。对所开发出的自动盖章机进行了测试验证,结果表明:整个运行过程稳定可靠,达到了印章切换方便、盖章与蘸印泥动作效率高、自动输送纸张速度快、盖章位置调整操作性强的技术要求。According to the structural features and working modes of the existing seal machine,a new automatic seal machine suitable for schools,government departments and other departments was designed and implemented.The structure design of the seal machine was completed and the working process was given from the following four aspects,namely,successive automatic paper feed⁃ing,the integration of sealing and dipping inkpad,the self⁃adaptive adjustment of sealed pressure and the adjustment of sealing posi⁃tion,and the automatic control scheme based on PLC was put forward.The developed automatic seal machine has been tested and veri⁃fied.The results show that the whole operation process is stable and reliable,and meets the technical requirements of convenient seal switching,high efficiency of sealing and dipping inkpad,rapid automatic paper conveying and strong adjustment on seal position.
