摘　　要：对“十一五”以来天津市中医药科技相关政策从项目管理、成果管理与知识产权保护、科技奖励、财政投入、人才培养、平台建设、基础理论创新、中药创新、中医医疗器械创新、国际合作10个方面分类施策情况进行系统分析与总结,表明天津市相关政府部门通过政策引导、平台建设、人才聚集、基础研究、研究机构建设及企业创新活动等为中医药科技发展提供了良好环境,实现了知识创新。由于这些方面又是互相衔接配合、共同推进的循环过程,尚需进一步完善天津中医药科技政策体系,促使原本关系不太密切的创新主体连接在一起,同时作为路标为创新发展指明方向。The related policies for TCM science and technology in Tianjin since the 11th five-year plan were systematically analyzed and summarized from 10 aspects:project management,achievement management and intellectual property protection,science and technology awards,financial investment,personnel training,platform construction,basic theory innovation,TCM innovation,TCM medical device innovation and international cooperation.The results show that the relevant government departments in Tianjin have provided a good environment for the development of TCM science and technology through policy guidance,platform construction,talent gathering,basic research,research institution construction and enterprise innovation activities,and realized the knowledge innovation.Because these aspects are a cycle process of mutual convergence,cooperation and joint promotion,it is necessary to further improve the policy system for TCM science and technology in Tianjin,so as to promote the connection of innovation subjects which are not closely related,and to point out the direction of innovation development as a signpost.
