摘  要:随着信息技术的不断发展,信息化已经成为建筑行业中不可或缺的工具之一。为实现建筑全寿命周期信息的管理和追溯,BIM技术逐渐被建筑行业使用。由于数据量的庞大及计算机资源占用量大等问题,BIM模型未得到大范围推广应用。针对以上问题,本研究基于虚拟施工的BIM模型优化技术。分析了虚拟施工的BIM模型优化技术的研究现状及存在的问题,综合人力资源、设备、原材料等各类因素,分析虚拟施工的基本流程,搭建虚拟施工过程的数据流模型,提出基于多层次技术的BIM模型建立规则,分别从各专业项目及原材料、人力资源和设备等方面介绍其基本规则,最后从场景的元素划分及其组织管理、场景的生成和应用两个方面,研究模型的组织与优化技术。本研究对虚拟施工的BIM模型优化提供一定的理论支撑,也为虚拟施工提供新的研究思路。With the continuous development of information technology,informatization has become one of the indispensable tools in the construction industry.In order to realize the management and traceability of building life cycle information,BIM technology is gradually used by the construction industry.However,due to the huge amount of data and the large amount of computer resources,BIM model has not been widely and comprehensively applied.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the BIM model optimization technology based on virtual construction.Firstly,the research status and existing problems of BIM model optimization technology in virtual construction are analyzed.Then,the basic process of virtual construction is analyzed,the data flow model of virtual construction process is built,and the rules of BIM model establishment based on multi-level technology are put forward,from various professional projects and raw materials,human resources and raw materials,respectively.The basic rules are introduced in terms of equipment.Finally,the organization and optimization techniques of the model are studied from two aspects:the element division of the scene and its organization and management,the generation and application of the scene.The research in this paper provides a certain theoretical support for the optimization of BIM model based on virtual construction,and also does not provide a new research idea for virtual construction.
