成品油分销体系建设的经济合理性分析

摘　　要：作为衔接生产和消费的桥梁,成品油分销体系在整个成品油供应链体系当中发挥着重要作用。因此,成品油分销体系建设受到政府和企业的高度重视,围绕成品油分销体系建设展开的研究也备受关注。本文通过阐述成品油分销体系建设的现状及不足,探讨成品油分销体系建设的影响因素,分析成品油分销体系建设的经济合理性,提出结论及建议,以期对成品油分销体系建设方面的研究提供有益参考。As a bridge connecting production and consumption,refined oil distribution system plays an important role in the whole refined oil supply chain system.Therefore,the construction of the refined oil distribution system is highly valued by the government and enterprises.The research among them is also concerned.Through expounding the present situation and shortage of the distribution system construction of refined oil,the article discusses the influencing factors of it.Moreover,the paper analyzes the economic rationality of the distribution system of refined oil.Finally,it also provides some conclusions and suggestions,which can provide valuable reference for the research on distribution system of refined oil products.
