摘  要:通过清洁能源消纳与用户电力消费直接关联研究,可实现基于清洁能源消纳的需求响应(Demand Response,DR)。2019年重庆根据电网负荷特性与电网运行指标现状,寻找业务类型、政策机制、组织实施等因素与DR的结合点开展DR实践,以网内低谷电增量交易、电动汽车绿电交易实现省间清洁能源消纳电量47GW·h,减少标准煤燃烧1.36万t,减排CO24.51万t。并对精细化DR管理、完善激励机制等方面提出了进一步工作建议。Studying the direct connection between clean energy consumption and user-side power consumption can realizes the demand response Chongqing power grid in 2019,the practices were made on matching business type,policy mechanism and implementations with DR.With the increase of off-peak electricity transactions in the power grid and the green electricity transactions made by electric vehicles,the clean energy consumption of Chongqing was 47 GW·h,which was equivalent to 13 600 t standard coal. Meanwhile,the CO2 emissions reduced by 45 100 t. Recommendations on refining DR management,completing stimulation mechanism and other following works are proposed.
