摘 要:采用熔融共混挤出制备了乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)/氢氧化镁(MDH)无卤阻燃复合材料。锥形量热法研究表明,阻燃剂MDH的加入降低了EVA材料的热释放速率峰值(PHRR)、平均热释放速率(AHRR)、总热释放(THR)和平均有效燃烧热(AEHC),增加了材料的点燃时间(TTI)、火灾性能指数(FPI)和燃烧残渣剩余量,表明EVA材料的可燃性大大降低,阻燃性明显增加,潜在的火灾危害显著改善。燃烧过程中MDH释放水分并发生吸热反应,期间形成无机硬质的保护层,是其阻燃性改善的主要因素。同时,导热仪和热分析研究表明:无机阻燃剂MDH的加入,提高了材料的导热系数和热分解温度。The ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)/magnesium hydroxide(MDH)halogen-free flameretardant composites were prepared by melt blending extrusion.The results of cone calorimetry showed that the addition of MDH reduced the peak value of heat release rate(PHRR),average heat release rate(AHRR),total heat release(THR)and average effective heat of combustion(AEHC),increased the ignition time(TTI),fire performance index(FPI)and residual combustion residue of EVA,which indicated that the flammability of EVA was greatly reduced and its flame retardancy was obviously increased,the potential fire hazard significantly improved.During the combustion process,MDH released water and generated endothermic reaction,and formed an inorganic hard protective layer,which was the main factor to improve its flame retardancy.At the same time,the thermal conductivity and thermal analysis showed that the addition of MDH improved the thermal conductivity and decomposition temperature of the material.
