摘 要:跨缆吊机进行悬索桥钢桁梁吊装时,因跨缆吊机本身的巨大荷载导致悬索桥主缆线形改变,进而导致相互临时铰接的2根钢桁梁临时铰接的竖向错口量和竖向剪力过大。基于分段悬链线理论推导了钢桁梁临时铰接阶段竖向剪力的计算方法,并通过MATLAB数学软件编程进行循环计算,得出钢桁梁吊装施工阶段的钢桁梁临时铰接竖向剪力的数值解,同时将理论解析结果与有限元数值模拟结果进行对比分析。结果表明:理论解析结果与有限元数值模拟结果接近,两者竖向剪力计算误差均在10%以下,该理论解析方法符合实际工程的运用,在实际工程运用中比有限元数值模拟更具便捷性。When steel truss girder of the suspension bridge is hoisted by the cable-spanning crane,the large load of the cable-spanning crane itself causes the change of the main cable type of the suspension bridge,which leads to the excessive vertical staggered amount and vertical shearing force of the temporary hinged two steel truss girders. In this paper,the calculation method of vertical shearing force in temporary hinge stage of steel truss girder is deduced based on piecewise catenary theory,and the numerical solution of temporary hinge vertical shearing force of steel truss girder in hoisting construction stage is obtained by using MATLAB mathematical software programming. At the same time,the theoretical analysis results are compared with the results of finite element simulation. The results show that the theoretical analysis results are close to the finite element simulation results,and the vertical shear calculation errors of both methods are less than 10%. The theoretical analysis method accords with the actual engineering application,and is more convenient than the numerical simulation in the actual engineering application.
