摘 要:环锚孔道预埋是整个环锚预应力施工工序的第一步,为保证环锚预应力工程的整体质量,作为第1道工序的孔道预埋施工质量控制显得尤为重要。如何确保孔道预埋施工精度,提高环锚张拉成功率和减少预应力损失、确保预应力施加有效性,对环锚预应力的整体施工质量、施工进度、成本消耗等至关重要。依托南水北调中线穿黄隧洞工程,详细介绍了对高精度环锚预应力孔道预埋施工技术。The embedment of ring anchor duct is the first step of the whole ring anchor prestressed construction process. In order to ensure the overall quality of the ring anchor prestressed engineering,the quality control of the first process of the hole embedding construction is particularly important. How to ensure the construction accuracy of the embedment of the duct,improve the success rate of the tension of the ring anchor,reduce the loss of the prestress,and ensure the effectiveness of the prestressing force,is of great importance to the overall construction quality,construction progress and cost consumption of the ring anchor prestress. Based on Yellow River Tunnel project in the middle route of South to North Water Transfer project,this paper introduces the embedded construction technology of high-precision ring anchor pre-stressed duct in detail.
