摘　　要：介绍了一种由浮法玻璃流道唇砖裂缝产生的玻璃气泡特征,该气泡位置固定,出现在玻璃板的下表面、开口、气泡大小为6~10 mm。气泡特征和常见的唇砖泡不同,与槽底泡接近。经过分析、检查、验证,确认为唇砖泡,在没有更换唇砖的情况下,通过采用特殊设计的水包封堵唇砖裂缝,解决了气泡问题。A kind of bubble produced by crack in lip brick of float glass runner is described.The bubble is fixed in position and appears on the lower surface of glass plate,the opening and the size of bubble are 6~10 mm.The bubble character is different from common lip brick bubble,and is similar to the bottom bubble.After analysis,Inspection and verification,it is confirmed to be lip brick bubble.Under the condition of not replacing lip brick,a special designed water bag is used to seal the crack and solve the problem of bubble.
