摘　　要：在浮法玻璃生产中,玻璃的氧化还原指数对玻璃的熔化和澄清有非常重要的影响,同时对于玻璃的颜色也有着不可忽略的作用和影响。玻璃的氧化还原值除了受窑炉的气氛影响外,主要是由玻璃配合料的氧化还原值决定的,配合料的氧化还原因素是由组成配合料的各种原料的COD值所决定,因此测定玻璃原料的COD值在浮法玻璃生产中至关重要。In the production of float glass,the redox index of glass has a very important effect on the glass melting and clarification,as well as in the color of glass.The redox value of the glass is mainly determined by the redox value of the glass mixture in addition to the effect of the atmosphere of the kiln.The redox factor of the mixture is determined by the COD of the various raw materials that make up the mixture,therefore,it is very important to measure the COD of glass raw material in float glass production.
