摘　　要：为解决某炼化企业数据采集不规范、控制系统不统一、应用系统集成度不高、上下游业务信息链条未有效打通、信息孤岛等问题,结合企业现状打造了具备炼化企业特色的工业互联网平台。将仪表、设备、装置等进行数据采集、集中存储,并借助专用平台进行综合分析处理。规划了统一的虚拟化平台,构建了标准的数据服务、开发服务、中间件服务等通用组件,制订了相应的数据输入与输出标准,提供了相应的数据支撑服务。同时将企业重点关注的生产计划、调度优化、设备管理、安全管控等业务进行数据化、模型化、流程化处理。通过平台建设,对企业生产经营各链条业务实现了全流程管控。同时借助设备大数据分析、统一报警、应急指挥等平台,确保了生产的安全稳定。To solve the problems of irregular data collection, disunity of control system, low integration of application systems, ineffective connection of upstream and downstream business information chain, and information isolated island of one certain refining and chemical enterprise, an industrial internet platform with the characteristics of refining and chemical enterprises is built based on the current situation of the enterprise. Data acquisition and centralized storage of instrument, equipments, devices are carried out, and comprehensive analysis and processing are carried out with the help of special platform. The unified virtualization platform is planned, standard data services, development services, middleware services and other common components are constructed, corresponding data input and output standards are formulated, corresponding data support services are provided. At the same time, the business of production planning, scheduling optimization, equipment management, safety control and so on are digitized, modelized and processed. Through the construction of the platform, the whole process management and control of each chain for the enterprise’s production and operation are realized. At the same time, with the help of equipment big data analysis, unified alarm, emergency command and other platforms, the safety and stability of production are ensured.
