摘 要:硫酸烷基化生产中产生的工业废硫酸是一种危害生态的污染物,不仅处理难度大,而且处理成本高。介绍了工业废硫酸再生工艺的原理和工艺流程,以“湿法”废硫酸再生工艺应用为例,在废硫酸再生反应过程,主要实施了废硫酸再生装置中焚烧炉反应温度控制,以及冷凝器入口温度控制、导热盐系统温度控制等,通过这些关键的控制的应用,实现了废硫酸再生装置的安全平稳运行。The industrial waste sulfuric acid generated in the alkylation production is a kind of pollutant harmful to ecology, which is not only difficult to be disposed, but also the dispose is costly. The principle and technological process of industrial waste sulfuric acid regeneration are introduced. Taking the application of "wet process" waste sulfuric acid regeneration process as an example, during regeneration reaction of waste sulfuric acid, reaction temperature control of waste sulfuric acid regenerative incinerator, control of condenser inlet temperature, and control of thermal salt system temperature are mainly implemented. Through the application of these key control and interlock protection, the safe and stable operation of waste sulfuric acid regeneration installation are realized.
