摘 要:模块化模式较传统模式能更好地适应油气田地面建设工程,而作为重要组成部分的控制系统及其适应性问题就日益凸显。介绍了远程I/O和撬装I/O的分布式控制系统的设计思路和系统结构,依据现有工程项目案例分析了不同控制方案的硬件成本、施工、调试及维护等,并讨论了分布式控制系统现场控制柜的适应性和解决方案。以期为油气田站场模块化建设提供参考。Comparing to traditional mode, the modularization mode can better adapt to the oil and gas field ground construction project. as the most important components, the problem of the control system and its adaptability is becoming increasingly prominent. The design ideas and system structures of remote I/O and skid mounted I/O distributed control system are introduced. According to the existing project case, the hardware cost, construction, debugging, maintenance, etc. of different control schemes are analyzed. The adaptability and solutions of the field control cabinet of distributed control system are discussed. The scheme is proposed to provide reference for the modularization construction of oil and gas field stations.
