摘　　要：由于炼化过程具有高温高压、易燃易爆、有毒有害等风险,一旦事故发生,危害较大,因此对炼化行业的员工进行操作培训十分重要。基于实际工艺流程,采用西门子SIMIT自动化仿真软件和Aspen Hysys工艺仿真软件建立了一套集成的操作培训系统(OTS),该系统具有效果逼真、危险性低和培训方式灵活等特点,通过具体应用,验证了该系统的良好应用价值。The refining and chemical process is with the risks of high temperature and high pressure, combustible and explosive, poisonous and harmful. Once the accident occurs, the hazard is larger. It is very important to conduct operation training for the staffs working in refining and chemical industry. Based on actual technological process, a set of integrated operation training system(OTS) is established by using Siemens SIMIT automatic simulation software and Aspen Hysys process simulation software. The system is of characteristics of distinctly result, low dangerousness and flexible training method. Through specific application, it is verified that the system is of very good application value.
