摘　　要：以PI实时数据库在石化企业中的应用为例,从数据网的建立、系统范围、接口及系统集成、功能模块、系统安全策略、数据处理方面介绍了PI实时数据库的建设。数据整合平台集成了DCS,PLC,SIS,FGS,SCADA等底层控制系统数据,以及LIMS系统数据,从而使企业决策人员、运行管理人员、生产执行人员准确地掌握生产装置动态。同时通过API接口向MES,AMS,ERP等上层管理系统提供数据,可进一步对企业的数据进行分析处理,为企业的节能降耗提供有力的支持。Taking the application of PI real-time database in petrochemical enterprises as a case, the project construction of PI real-time database is introduced from the aspects of data network construction, system scope, interface and system integration, functional module, system security strategy and data processing. The data integration platform integrates DCS, PLC, SIS, FGS, SCADA and other bottom control system data, as well as LIMS system data, so that enterprise decision-makers, operation managers, and production executives can accurately understand the production equipment condition. Meanwhile, the data is provided to the upper management system such as MES, AMS, ERP through API interface, which can further analyze and process the enterprise data, and provide strong support for the energy saving and consumption reduction of the enterprise.
