摘  要:深海环境复杂苛刻,其中生息的微生物因其所处低温、低氧、避光、高压等深海特殊的生存环境而进化具备了独特的代谢途径,从而具有产生新颖结构生物活性物质的巨大潜力。深海真菌作为深海微生物类群的重要组成部分,因其次级代谢产物类型丰富、出新率高、生物活性显著而倍受研究者关注。本文对近年来深海真菌次级代谢产物的化学结构及其生物活性研究进行综述,按聚酮类、生物碱类、萜类、肽类等化合物类别,着重介绍具有新颖结构和重要生物活性的深海真菌次级代谢产物,为挖掘利用深海真菌资源、研发创新药物提供参考。The deep-sea environment is complex and harsh.Marine microorganisms living in the deep-sea environment have evolved particular metabolic pathways for adapting to the severe living environment such as cold temperature,low oxygen,limited light and extreme pressure,and thus have great potential to produce new biologically active substances.The fungi in deep-sea habitat,an important component of the deep-sea ecosystem,have attracted much attention because of their diverse secondary metabolites with remarkable biological activities,featured by a high hitting rate of novel bioactive compound discovery.This article reviews recent stud⁃ies on the chemical structures and biological activities of the secondary metabolites of deep-sea fungi,especially focusing on those with novel structures and significant biological activities in terms of polyketides,alkaloids,terpenoids and peptides,to provide insights for mining and utilizing deep-sea fungal resources and developing innovative drugs.
