摘 要:藤黄酸是中药藤黄的主要活性成分,因其对多种恶性肿瘤细胞有良好的抑制作用而成为重要的抗癌候选药物。但藤黄酸具有溶解性差、半衰期短和生物利用度低等缺点,限制了其在肿瘤治疗中的应用。藤黄酸纳米给药系统因能克服藤黄酸的上述缺点,而逐渐被开发并应用于肿瘤治疗。本文对近年报道的藤黄酸纳米给药系统的抗肿瘤作用进行综述,以期为藤黄酸的成药性研究提供依据。Gambogic acid,the main active component of traditional Chinese medicine gamboge,has become an important anticancer drug candidate because of its good inhibitory effect on a variety of malignant tumor cells.However,gambogic acid has some disadvantages,such as poor solubility,short half-life and low bioavailability,which limits its application in tumor therapy.Gambogic acid nanoparticle delivery system has been gradually developed and used in tumor therapy because it can overcome the above shortcom⁃ings of gambogic acid.This paper reviews the anti-tumor effect of gambogic acid nanoparticle delivery system reported in recent years,in order to provide a basis for the study of the medicinal properties of gambogic acid.
