摘 要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种常见于老年人群的慢性进行性神经退行性疾病。多项研究表明,脑内淀粉样蛋白β(Aβ)沉积有关的神经炎症是AD病理学的主要标志之一。具有抗神经炎症潜力的中药不断引起人们的关注,这使其成为治疗AD的潜在候选药。本文通过参考近年来的有关研究文献,探讨了AD病变过程与神经炎症的联系,并对来源于多种中药的有效成分通过抑制神经炎症从而改善AD认知障碍的药理作用及分子机制进行了综述,以期对相关新药研发提供一定的科学依据。Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative disease common in elderlies. A number of studies have shown that the neuroinflammation associated with amyloid β(Aβ)deposition in the brain is one of the main signs of AD pathology. Traditional Chinese medicines with anti-neuro-inflammatory potential have continuously attracted attention,becoming the potential drug candidates for the treatment of AD. This paper aims to explore the relationship between the pathological process of AD and neuroinflammation,referring to the relevant research reports in the literature in recent years,and then reviews the pharmacological effects and the molecular mechanisms of the effective constituents from a variety of traditional Chinese medicines that improve AD cognitive impairment via inhibiting the neuroinflammation,so as to provide a certain scientific basis for the development of related new drugs.
