摘　　要：研究目的:以天津市洪水庄村为例,探索在国土空间规划与乡村振兴背景下,村庄“留白”用地的选取方法。研究方法:“反规划”理论、适宜性评价与村庄“留白”用地选取模型。研究结果:(1)研究区“留白”用地最适宜地块面积共1.26 hm2,占备选地块总面积的2.45%,位于村域西南部;较适宜地块面积共33.12 hm2,占备选地块总面积的64.44%,其中有15.43 hm2位于村域南部,17.69 hm2位于村域北部;较不适宜地块面积共17.02 hm2,占备选地块总面积的33.11%,位于村域北部;(2)构建的村庄“留白”用地选取模型既满足刚弹性结合的要求,又提高了选取效率,同时将适宜性结果定量表达,具有一定的科学性及适用性。研究结论:“反规划”理论提出的逆向规划思路对于村庄“留白”用地的选取具有一定的理论指导意义,运用村庄“留白”用地模型选取的“留白”用地结果较为合理,为村庄“留白”用地的选取提供了新的方法。The purpose of the paper is to explore the selection method of rural“Blank Land”in the context of territorial spatial planning and rural revitalization,taking Hongshuizhuang Village in Tianjin as an example.The research methods include“anti-planning”theory,suitability evaluation and the selection model of rural“Blank Land”.The results show that:1)the most suitable land area of“Blank Land”in the study area is 1.26 hm2,accounting for 2.45%of the total area of the alternative land,located in the southwest of the village;the more suitable land area is 33.12 hm2,accounting for 64.44%of the total area of the alternative land,including 15.43 hm2 in the south of the village and 17.69 hm2 in the north of the village;and the less suitable land area is 17.02 hm2,accounting for 33.11%of the total area of the alternative land,located in the north of the village;2)the model not only meets the requirements of the combination of rigidity and elasticity,but also improves the efficiency of the selection of rural“Blank Land”;meanwhile,it is scientific and applicable to express the suitability results quantitatively.In conclusion,the idea of reverse planning put forward by the“anti-planning”theory provides significantly theoretical support for the selection of rural“Blank Land”.The results obtained through the model of rural“Blank Land”are reasonable,and the model provides a new method for the selection of rural“Blank Land”.
