摘　　要：随着信息技术和医疗服务水平的提升,越来越多的患者开始通过在线医疗网站进行挂号就诊。基于这一因素的影响,患者对于在线医疗网站的需求量与日俱增,同时产生了大量的就医数据。本文通过采集在线医疗网站的数据信息,运用文本分析、用户画像模型及机器学习等技术手段,分析影响患者就医体验的因素以及不同因素的影响程度。根据研究结果完善在线医疗网站的医师推荐机制及医师服务准则,促使医生提供更加优质的服务,提高患者对在线医疗网站的使用体验。With the improvement of information technology and medical services,more and more patients are beginning to register for medical treatment through online medical websites.Based on the influence of this factor,patients'demand for online medical websites is increasing day by day,and a large amount of medical data is generated at the same time.This paper collects data from online medical websites,uses text analysis,user profile models,and machine learning to analyze the factors that affect patients'medical experience and the degree of influence of different factors.Based on the research results,we will improve the physician recommendation mechanism and physician service guidelines of online medical websites,so as to encourage doctors to provide better services and improve patients'experience of using online medical websites.
