国内压疮患者延续性护理研究的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的采用文献计量学方法分析我国压疮患者延续性护理的研究现状和发展趋势,为临床提供参考依据。方法系统检索中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库建库至2019年9月收录的有关压疮患者延续性护理的相关文献,分析收集文献的发表年份、发表期刊、发表作者、地区分布、被引频次、研究机构类型、基金资助、文献类型、延续护理干预方式等。结果共纳入文献106篇,分别发表在62种期刊上,年平均发文量9.04篇,首篇文献发表于2009年,自2013年开始发文量呈增长态势;共涉及214名第一作者,来自我国24个省、直辖市及自治区;文献合作度为2.02,合著率为46.23%,单篇文献被引频次高达66次;仅有12篇(11.32%)文献受基金资助;文献研究类型分6类,主要以实验性和类实验性研究文献为主,共93篇(87.73%);延续性护理方式主要以电话短信随访、上门访视及网络信息平台为主。结论近年来,国内对压疮患者实施延续性护理研究逐年增多,压疮患者延续性护理问题受到临床的日渐重视,延续护理形式多样化,但基金支持度较低,文献的研究质量有待进一步提升。Objective Bibliometric methods are used to analyze the research status and development trend of continuous care for patients with pressure ulcers in my country,and provide reference for clinical reference.Methods A systematic search of relevant literature on continuity care for patients with pressure ulcers collected from the establishment of the China National Knowledge Base,Wanfang,Weipu and China Biomedical Literature Database until September 2019.Analyze the publication year of the collected literature,published journals,published authors,regional distribution,frequency of citations,types of research institutions,fund funding,types of documents,continued nursing intervention methods,etc.Results A total of 106 valid documents were included,which were published in 62 journals,with an average annual publication volume of 9.04.The first document was published in 2009 and the publication volume has been increasing since 2013;a total of 214 first authors are involved,from China 24 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions;the degree of document cooperation is 2.02,the co-authoring rate is 46.23%,and the frequency of a single article is as high as 66 times;only 12 articles(11.32%)are funded by the fund;The literature research types are divided into 6 categories,mainly experimental and quasi-experimental research literature,a total of 93 articles(87.73%);the continual nursing method is mainly based on telephone short message follow-up,home visits and network information platforms.Conclusion In recent years,the implementation of continuous nursing research for patients with pressure ulcers in China has been increasing year by year.The problem of continuous nursing for pressure ulcer patients has been paid more and more attention to by clinical practice.The forms of continuous nursing are diversified,but the fund support is low.The research quality of the literature needs to be further improved.
