摘 要:目的探讨小组模式结合teach-back法在老年干部病房糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月~8月在我院老年干部病房住院的糖尿病患者126例,将2019年1月~4月收治的63例患者作为对照组,进行小组模式健康教育;2019年5月~8月收治的63例患者作为实验组,进行小组模式结合teach-back法健康教育。比较两组糖尿病知识得分、遵医行为和满意度。结果实验组糖尿病知识得分为(29.02±2.11)分,高于对照组的(24.89±1.98)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组遵医行为和患者满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小组模式结合teach-back法可以有效提高糖尿病患者的知识掌握程度和遵医行为,同时提高患者满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the application effect of group mode combined with teach-back method in health education for diabetic patients in elderly cadre wards.Methods 126 diabetic patients who were hospitalized in the elderly cadre ward of our hospital from January to August 2019 were selected.63 patients admitted from January to April 2019 were selected as the control group for group-based health education;63 patients admitted from May to August 2019 were used as the experimental group to receive health education in group mode combined with the teach-back method.Compare the two groups of diabetes knowledge score,compliance behavior and satisfaction.Results The diabetes knowledge score of the experimental group was(29.02±2.11)points,which was higher than the(24.89±1.98)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The compliance behavior and patient satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The group mode combined with the teach-back method can effectively improve the knowledge mastery and compliance behavior of diabetic patients,and at the same time improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
